Kevin L. Kilgore, R.P.L.S., President, was formerly employed by The C.T. Brannon Corporation from 1979 to 1996. Mr. Kilgore has been a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas since 1988. He is the past president of the Texas Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Chapter No. 4 and currently serves on the Tyler Junior College advisory board for the surveying program. |

Roland Navarro, R.P.L.S., was formerly employed by The C.T. Brannon Corporation from 1979 to 1996. Mr. Navarro is the past secretary/treasurer of the Texas Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Chapter No. 4 and currently serves on the Tyler Junior College advisory board for the surveying program. Roland as been the lead party chief for TxDot Division of Transportation, District 10 contract surveying since 1988. He has performed a wide variety of surveying projects for District 10 over the past nine years. |

Bob Whitefield, Party Chief, was formerly employed by The C.T. Brannon Corporation from 1980 to 1996. He has performed boundary surveys, route surveys, flood study surveys, right-of-way acquisition surveying, subdivision construction staking. airport and park boundary, topographic, and construction surveying. |

Kelly D. McLemore, Head of Automation, has been employed with our firm since 1997, he formally was the Geographic Information Coordinator for the City of Tyler since 1984. Kelly has vast computer experience in AutoCAD and related GIS software, he has completed SDMS and CAICE training and is currently using AutoCAD Land Development Desktop/Map, CAICE, SDMS and many other Graphic and Website development software. |
