K.L. Kilgore & Co., Inc. was founded in January 1996, the surveying division was purchased from The C.T. Brannon Corporation by Kevin L. Kilgore. Kevin L. Kilgore was the Vice President and stockholder of The C.T. Brannon Corporation prior to the purchase of the surveying division of the firm. The original parent company was founded in 1975 by Thomas E. Barber and acquired by Terry Brannon in 1985.
